كنيسة سيّدة الغابة - بيت شباب

بنُيت الكنيسة الأولى في القرن السابع عشر، واعتنى بإعادة بنائها آل الحايك مرّتين سنة ١٧٧٢ و١٧٧٣. خُرّبت أثناء حملة إبراهيم باشا فأعاد ترميمها الأمير حيدر أبي اللمع سنة ١٨٤٠. أخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٠٠ ورُمّمت سنة ١٩٩٠. في الكنيسة عدّة لوحات أهمّها اللوحة القديمة التي تعود للقرن السادس عشر، كان قد رسم فوقها كنعان ديب لوحة أخرى لم تعد موجودة سنة ١٨٣٩ وقد جرّحها فارسٌ درزيّ في أحداث ١٨٦٠، وقد نُقلت عنها لوحة لحبيب سرور تعود لسنة ١٩١٩.
The church of Our Lady of the Forest - Beit Chabeb

The church was first built in the XVIIth century, then rebuilt by the Hayek family in 1726 and 1773. It was damaged during the campaign of Mehmet Ali Pasha and restored by Prince Haidar Abi Ll Lamah in 1840. It took its final shape in year 1900, and then restored 90 years later. The church holds many paintings the most important ones being the old XVIth century icon of the Madona, that was covered by another painting by Kanaan Dib drawn in year 1839 that is no longer present. This painting was attacked by a Druze knight in the war of 1860. Habib Srour drew a copy of it in 1919.

كنيسة مار يوسف - وطى الجوز
بنيت الكنيسة سنة ١٩١٧ فوق كنيسةٍ أقدم عهدًا. رمّمت وأخذت شكلها الحاليّ سنة ١٩٧٥. لوحة مار يوسف من عمل كنعان ديب الدلبتاوي تعود لسنة ١٨٦٨. تتميّز الكنيسة بقبّة حجريّة بشكل طابيّة كاهن يعلوها صليب.

The church of St Joseph - Wata el Jawz
The church was built in 1917 over an older church, and took its final form in the restoration of 1975. The painting of St Joseph is made by Kanaan Dib in 1868. The bell tower is topped by a sculpture of a Tabye, the traditional maronite priestly hat, with a cross over it.

كنيسة مار الياس القديمة - المجيدل

بْنيت سنة ١٨٠٤، وجُدّدت سنة ١٨٩٩ وسنة ١٩٩٩. البناء كناية عن عقدِ مْصالبِ ينتهي بحنية. تضمّ الكنيسة ثلاث لوحات: مار الياس ومار جرجس والعائلة المقدّسة من عمل خليل عقل تعود لأوائل القرن العشرين.

The old church of St Elijah - El Mjeidel

The church was built in 1804, and renewed in 1899 and 1999. The structure consists of a crossed vault ending with an apse. The church has three paintings by Khalil Akl from the beginning of the XXth century: St Elijah, St George and the Holy Famil
